This project focused on transforming an unsafe, outdated deck into a beautiful and functional entertainment space. The homeowners desired a place for family gatherings and cookouts, while also enhancing the aesthetics of their backyard. To achieve this, we designed a paver patio with a surrounding landscape plan to create a private courtyard atmosphere.
The new patio, laid in a herringbone pattern with complementary colors, replaced the old deck. Landscaping incorporated colorful plants, evergreens for privacy, and ornamental trees for seasonal interest. We sourced high-quality pavers from a trusted local supplier, ensuring durability and a wide range of choices to match the home’s existing brickwork. The entire project, from initial consultation to completion, took approximately 4-6 weeks, with the installation itself lasting a little over one week.
This successful project led to further collaborations with the homeowners, including front yard landscaping and drainage solutions. Building a strong relationship with the clients and exceeding their expectations is our goal!
